Booking Terms

Deposits are rounded to the nearest five pounds at checkout. Payment upon booking confirms the availability request of your chosen services and secures them against the date and times you’ve requested to be confirmed. We require a non-refundable 35% deposit to book any inflatable online. A secure payment link will be generated after completion of the booking form. Please ensure payment is made before the session times out.

The remaining 65% must be paid before 3pm, 1 day prior to your delivery date. Within your confirmation email will be a secure payment link to pay the remainder of the balance online.

Amendments & Cancellations

All bookings are eligible for free amendment / cancellations within the first 24-hours of booking. Amendments made after this time are subject to a £5.00 administrative fee. Please see terms of business documentation for full clarification.

Overnight Hire for Inflatables

You can opt to have overnight hire (available at an additional £30) with collection the following day before 12pm, if you have a lockable garden gate and a surrounding fence of at least 6ft height. As at all times through-out your hire, you are completely liable for the safety of our equipment.

You do not need to opt for overnight hire if you choose to have multi-day hire. The price already includes this.

Supervisor Pack Hire – Keep Your Event Safe & Organised 👮‍♂️🛡️

The Supervisor Pack is the perfect add-on for anyone managing their own inflatable hire. Designed to help you run a safe, controlled and well-organised event, this pack includes all the essential tools needed to supervise users properly.

Available only as an add-on when booking any inflatable hire. Add it during checkout, or let us know by phone if you’d like it included.

What’s Included:

  • Supervisor Hi-Vis Vest – clearly labelled front and back for easy visibility.
  • Event Fencing & Posts – define clear entrance and exit points for better crowd control.
  • Whistle & Lanyard – ideal for managing turn-taking and safety alerts (yours to keep).
  • Stopwatch – recommended for monitoring time slots (max 10 minutes per group).
  • Anemometer (wind-speed monitor) – check wind speeds every 30 minutes using the supplied record sheet.
  • A2 Safety Rules Board on 5ft Stand – includes height guide and clear safety instructions for all users.

A practical and highly recommended upgrade for busy parties, public events and large gatherings across Hartlepool, Middlesbrough, Stockton-on-Tees, Darlington, Peterlee, Sunderland and surrounding areas.

Inflatables Hire Duration

Up-to 5 Hours (optional extension subject to availability)

Overnight Hire = Collection before 12pm next day

Multi-Day Hire = Collection anytime after 4pm on final day of hire period (please select pick-up time from 4pm). Please select ‘No’ to Overnight Hire when prompted as the price includes this as standard.
